She tries to reduce the threshold toward healthy cooking, the enjoyment of the process and appreciation for it’s sources. Her workshops are personal, low-key and interactive, adapted to location and audience.
Learning herself continuously, Lily uses her knowledge to help develop recipes, menus and products.
